My Opal fell out of my wedding ring I got from Sevierville Jared. They did not tell me that the Opal wasn’t covered under the insurance or that it was a soft gem. I took my ring to Samantha at the Knoxville location and we decided to put a peach sapphire jewel in it! She was the absolute best throughout the process and made sure I knew everything about the new jewel! I would absolutely recommend her! We love her! I have attached before and after pictures!

The place in West Town that used to change watch batteries closed and no jeweler in the mall could help me with my TAG. They referred me to Jared's. Great service and great price. They even replaced a spring that was loose.
On another trip, they added a link to my Tissot for me.
They checked the links of a custom necklace for me. They were honest and said that it was fine. They did not try to make a sale for no reason.
Very honest people.

They have a great selection of watches over here. Started my watch addiction in the citizen offerings and 3 years later landed in their Breitling corner. A watch for every occasion. Gym watches, executive watches and everything in between. Rodney and John have gone above and beyond to make sure I understand the technology in these watches from solar powered to hand crafted in house automatic movements. I love stopping. Such awesome staff at this location. I stopped in to get my ring cleaned and Tylar was so personable and helpful! I left with a sparkling ring and a few things added to my want list for my next visit.
