I’m always leery to take my car to other places other than Toyota, but let me tell you what… Leon’s has earned my trust, and we will be customers for life! I appreciate all of them so much.?

They were very clear with prices, expectations, and work time. We needed a lot done; 1 serious issue and 6 things the reccomended. The items were listed with facts, safety guidelines, and suggestions for why it should be addressed.

We decided to get everything done for our safety and peace of mind. They called several times to update the status and any price changes. The expected completion was maintained in those calls. They ended up finishing a day early, which was very nice.

On our visits to the shop we enjoyed their coffee and cookies. Kudos to the baker for those homemade cookies. It was nice to have a little treat when we were stressed.

Our phone contact was always with Lucas and I found him to be very well spoken with clear words, simple language that defined the issues with the car, and very knowledgeable when answering questions. The ladies we talked to at the counter for drop-off and pick-up (whom, I failed to get their names) were kind, sympathetic, and took great detailed notes to pass on to the techs. We did not meet any techs in person but their work speaks for it's self with the car being in the best condition it's ever been in.

Got me in quick. Called and got inspection the next day. Had concerns with my vehicle with my front chassis. Worked fast and great customer service. Got a called from Mike about needing repairs to my damages to the front. To my surprise, I didn't have to order any parts and they had it in stock. Got my car back early next day after confirming with Mike to proceed repairing the vehicle. I can't be anymore thankful to this place and Mike. My car feels much safer to drive now. Thank you to Leon Car Care Centee. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Your car be in good hands if getting fix here. Thank you again Leon's.

I would definitely return. I am from out of state and needed oil changed on my prius. Easy to make an appointment. When I arrived (10 minutes early) they promptly brought my car in. Comfortable waiting room with large windows looking into the service bay. I could see all actions with my car. Cleaning my windows and floors was a nice added touch. They topped off my fluids for no extra charge. I was skeptical when they approached me with air filter change recommendations so I declined. I thought the parts may have been high but I found them to be comparable to the parts store. They are an honest business.

Leon's is THE BEST. Truly. I own a food truck that is 24 years old and really feeling her old age. We have had quite our share of vehicle problems over the last year and every single time, Leon's gets us squeezed into their schedule and back in action the next day. They know how important it is to us (for our reputation, for our employees, etc) to get back in action as soon as possible, and they make a point to get us fixed up ASAP! On top of that, their customer service cannot be beat. They explain everything in detail to me, give me options and work with me to figure out what the best plan of action is. I honestly can't speak highly enough of them. Thank you everyone at Leon's!

Scratched my paint on my vehicle with the zipper on their coveralls and not just a little bit but a lot. I brought my own oil in being a 5 quart jug and they argued that it wasn’t a 5 quart jug and that they had to use some of their own oil to complete my oil change so an extra charge. I asked them to show me the jug I had brought and they said they had already disposed of it and they couldn’t get it. This was with me waiting there during the oil change! They will try to rip you off and they are untrustworthy by their own actions. Do not trust them, do not go there, they are a bad business!

Very friendly staff efficient and knowledgeable. The mechanic was totally involved in his work. After doing the oil change they came and suggested what else I may want them to take care of(no pressure). The whole area was extremely clean and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. Cleaner than most restaurants and most hospitals. We were impressed. Many thanks we will be back.

I experienced an exhaust issue with my Jeep Wrangler. They had me come in the day I called, diagnosed the problem, ordered the needed parts. Set me up with an appointment when parts arrived and resolved the issue in minimum time. They take the time to make you feel special. Not my first visit to Leon's and won't be my last.
